Comprehensive Defect Protection
All our jewelry comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee for any manufacturing flaws that arise. This covers oversights like porosity holes in metals, inaccurate purity stamp markings, incomplete laser weld joints, and any other structural fabrication issues through normal wear.
Should defects appear, we will repair or replace pieces free of charge. Simply contact us to invoke the warranty.
Gemstone Accuracy Commitment
Similarly, we guarantee the species and enhancement disclosures around all our gemstones for the usable lifetime of the stone. Having operated for decades, we stand by our grading expertise.
Third-Party Alteration Impacts
Because we cannot validate workmanship outside our own jewelers, independent resizing, repairs, and similar alterations void our manufacturing guarantee.
However, we may authorize select trusted partners to conduct servicing while retaining coverage eligibility. Check on warranty status before any third-party intervention.
Exclusions
When Wear-and-Tear Occurs
While our manufacturing defect warranty is strong, jewelry pieces inherently experience natural material erosion over time. We cannot cover standard usage impacts or accidental damage under this pledge.
However, we aim to educate customers on inspecting settings periodically and can restore worn items at fair rates upon request.
Excluded Wear Patterns
The following are not covered: loosened prongs catching threads, thinning precious metal rings, fading plating from chemical exposure, harsh bumps dislodging gems, breakage from drops, loss of rhodium flashing, light surface scratching, and tarnishing under everyday use.
Responsible steps buyers should take include checking prong tip sharpness, cleaning judiciously, and handling gently during wear. Despite being built to last, fine jewelry remains vulnerable in daily living.
Out-of-Warranty Servicing
For professional servicing outside warranty coverage, our jewelers provide quality repairs for reasonable fees. Preserving cherished keepsakes retains the sentiment behind them — just reach out.

Photographing gemstone radiance and metal brilliance poses immense technical challenges. We invest heavily in imaging to showcase pieces accurately online, using professional lighting rigs and DSLR cameras to emulate lifelike qualities as much as possible.
Screen Variances
Camera hardware has limitations in depicting the nuanced sparkle and dimensionality of fine jewelry. Individual device settings — brightness, contrast, color profiles — also introduce variables we cannot fully control. Expect slight differences from how screens display pieces versus viewing them firsthand.
