For expensive or high-risk deliveries, we leverage partners like FedEx, DHL, Brinks, or UPS for enhanced protections. Based on thresholds and locations, we determine the best fit for each shipment.
For orders over $1,000, we provide free international shipping automatically as a courtesy to offset costs. We pass along discounted rates from carriers for lower-value packages. Please inquire for quotes.
Insurance & Liability
Full Insurance Coverage
Shipments are insured for the full value immediately upon departure from our facilities. This covers the delivery process end-to-end, including any customs clearance or intermediary handoffs en route to your address.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is mandatory upon arrival. You assume all liability for packages after officially received and signed for. Inspect deliveries promptly to ensure intact transit.
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to outer packaging should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
Import Considerations
For international orders, please anticipate any VAT taxes, import fees, or customs duties levied based on your country's regulations. These additional charges are ultimately the recipient's fiscal responsibility.
